Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has won the 2026 governorship election, polling 511,067 votes on the platform of the Accord Party.
The Returning Officer, Professor Joshua Ogunwole, Vice Chancellor of the Federal University Oye-Ekiti, declared Adeleke the winner after the collation of results from across the state.
The All Progressives Congress candidate, Bola Oyebanji came second with 444,815 votes, while the African Democratic Congress polled 17,180 votes.
