The Executive Chairman, Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board, OYOSUBEB, Dr. Nureni Aderemi Adeniran has extended his deepest sympathy to the Chairman, Fresh FM, Chief Olayinka Joel Ayefele, following the recent inferno that ravaged some segment of Music house on Friday.

The Chairman’s message was delivered through a statement released by Oyo SUBEB media team, on Sunday in Ibadan, expressing sympathy for the loss incurred.

In the statement, Dr. Adeniran equally empathized with the management of Fresh FM, acknowledging the significant impact the fire has had on the broadcast stations within the building and its operations.

Dr. Adeniran emphasized the significant role Fresh FM plays in serving the people with day-to-day information, entertainment and education, saying this underscores the station’s importance in the society.

Adeniran described the incident as a minor setback, asserting that the businesses affected will bounce back stronger in no time by God’s grace.

He said, “My brother and friend, this too shall pass and I am certain that Fresh FM will bounce back better and stronger.”

Adeniran, however, thanked God that no life was lost to the inferno.
