The all progressive congress governor’s forum has hailed the giant strides of the Bola Tinubu administration in revamping the national economy but called for strengthened economic diversification and grassroot development.
Speaking after a meeting, the chairman of the forum and Imo state governor, Hope Uzodinma stated that while the federal government has shown ingenuity through transformational policies, the benefits of the policies must trickle down to the ordinary citizens.
On the issues of security, the forum restated its support for strengthening community policing, and the increased deployment of technology as a timely strategy to address crime in their localities, to ensure the safety of lives and properties.
Uzodinma also argued that the alleged plot to turn the nation into a one-party state is a brainchild of confused politicians, who choose not to acknowledge the wide acceptance of the APC, because of its enviable structure and developmental strides.
