The highly revered cleric and planter of Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain Worldwide, Prophet Sam Olu Alo, has been honoured with the Humanity Champion Award in recognition of his commitment to improving lives and making significant impact on humanity.
The award was presented by Voice of Saints, a leading Christian music ministry led by Evangelist Ben, during the Shekere Night of Praise held at Ilupeju on Friday.
Evangelist Ben said the award recognised Prophet Olu Alo’s tireless efforts to “depopulate the kingdom of darkness and recover innumerable souls to Christ.”
The organisers praised the cleric’s dedication to humanitarian work and his ministry’s positive influence on communities across Nigeria and beyond.
Other recipients of awards at the special praise event included PFN Chairman, Lagos, Pastor Yemi Davids, Founder, Love Of Christ Generation Church C&S, Rev. Mrs. Esther Ajayi, Pastor D.O. Akinpelu and Pastor Bamidele Adeyemi.
Responding on behalf of the cleric, Chief Operating Officer of Adamimogo FM, Nigeria, Babatunde Bamigboye Omo Edema, commended the award organisers and reaffirmed Prophet Olu Alo’s dedication to serving God and bringing lost souls to salvation.
“The prophet remains committed to serving God for the rest of his life and bringing lost souls to salvation,” Omo Edema said.
The event featured performances by various music ministers, including Adara Praise, Eniola Richard, Minister IBK, Darlin Rose, Bishop Sam, and the Assemblies of Christ Triumphant Baptist Church Choir.
