KAA Gent defender, Jordan Torunarigha has revealed he is in discussions for a possible transfer from the Belgian Pro League club.

Torunarigha has one-year remaining on his contract and at this stage is not willing to extend his stay with Gent.

The Nigeria international has been linked with a return to Germany, where TSG Hoffenheim and VFB Stuttgart are keen to secure his services.

English clubs, Crystal Palace and Leeds United are also reportedly keen on signing him.

There is also interest from Serie A club, Torino.

“There are very interesting and concrete conversations that I am currently having,” Torunarigha told Transfermarkt.

“My contract runs until 2025 and I am not in a hurry to leave. We will see what happens.

“I strive for the highest possible sporting goals. That certainly plays a role in my decision.”
