FCT minister, Nyesom Wike has threatened to apply force if the Rivers state government denies his team access to any public facility.
Speaking at the inauguration of renewed hope ambassadors in Rivers state, Wike accused governor Siminalaye Fubara of refusing to grant permission for the group to use the Yakubu Gowan stadium.
According to him, public facilities should not be used as political tools, warning that such acts will be resisted.
The dispute between Wike who was former governor of Rivers and his successor, Fubara has lingered even after the president lifted the emergency rule placed on the state for 6 months.
