Sooko Oladotun Hassan Esq. has officially resumed office as the Special Adviser to the Osun State Governor on Legislative Matters.
As part of activities marking his resumption, Sooko Hassan, The Sooko Agoriesin of Ile-Ife paid a courtesy visit to Rt. Hon. Adewale Olumide Egbedun, the Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, at the Assembly Complex in Osogbo.
During the meeting, Sooko Hassan conveyed the goodwill and commitment of Senator Ademola Jackson Adeleke, the Executive Governor of Osun State, to a robust and collaborative relationship between the Executive and the Legislature.
He assured the Speaker of his total loyalty, accessibility, and dedication to ensuring seamless synergy that will accelerate the delivery of Governor Adeleke’s 5-Point Agenda for the people of Osun State.
“On behalf of His Excellency, Governor Ademola Adeleke, I pledge my commitment to serve as a bridge between the Executive and the Legislature. We are committed to mutual respect, constant engagement, and legislative support that puts Osun people first,” Sooko Hassan stated.
In his response, Rt. Hon. Adewale Olumide Egbedun welcomed the Special Adviser and commended Governor Adeleke for the appointment. The Speaker reiterated the 8th Assembly’s readiness to continue partnering with the Executive in the spirit of cooperation, transparency, and service delivery.
The visit was witnessed by principal officers of the House, members of the Clerk’s office, and aides of the Special Adviser.
Sooko Oladotun Hassan Esq., a seasoned legal practitioner and politician, will coordinate legislative liaison, bill processing, and executive-legislature relations for the Adeleke administration.
