The Association of Nigerian Broadcasters (ANBROAD), Oyo State Chapter, has applauded Adamimogo 105.1FM, Ibadan, for its commitment to professional broadcasting and for emerging as a top-performing station in the city within a relatively short period.
This commendation was made during a courtesy visit by the state leadership of ANBROAD to the management of Adamimogo FM at its Ibadan office. Leading the delegation was the Oyo State ANBROAD Governor, Dr. Opeyemi Ayorinde, who described the station as a shining example of excellence in radio broadcasting.
He noted that Adamimogo FM had distinguished itself through ethical content delivery and consistency in programming. “Your station has become a reference point in Ibadan’s broadcast space, and we are proud of the standards you uphold,” Dr. Ayorinde said.
He also used the opportunity to seek the station’s support for ANBROAD’s upcoming first anniversary celebration, describing it as a landmark event that will celebrate professionalism and unity among broadcasters across the state.
In his response, the General Manager of Adamimogo 105.1FM, Mr. Joshua Adegbite, expressed gratitude for the recognition, stating that the station remains committed to responsible and people-driven broadcasting.
Adegbite praised ANBROAD for prioritizing the welfare and capacity development of its members. He assured the association of Adamimogo FM’s full support for the anniversary celebration and other initiatives that promote growth in the broadcasting industry.
He also called on broadcasters to continue honing their skills and staying informed.
