Adamimogo 105.1FM has unveiled plans for its 2026 Children’s Day celebration, with a debate competition and career-inspired activities set to headline the event scheduled for May 27 in Ibadan.
The event will take place at Adamimogo House, Oremeji, Mokola Ibadan and is expected to bring together children, parents, and schools for a day focused on creativity, learning, and entertainment.
Organisers said this year’s edition is designed to combine fun-filled activities with career inspiration, encouraging children to think boldly about their future aspirations.
A major highlight of the celebration will be the “Dress Like Your Future Profession” theme, where children are expected to appear dressed as the professionals they dream of becoming, including doctors, pilots, engineers, chefs, astronauts, broadcasters, and other career figures.
The event will also feature a competitive debate session and school presentations aimed at showcasing the intellectual, academic, and public speaking abilities of participating students.
Other attractions lined up for the day include dance performances, interactive games, and several entertainment activities tailored toward keeping children engaged throughout the celebration.
According to the organisers, tickets for the event are priced at N5,000 per child, granting attendees access to all scheduled activities.
Parents and school administrators interested in participating have been advised to contact the organisers through the official phone lines: 0703 323 6657 or 0905 564 0494.
Additional information about the event is available on the station’s official website and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
The Children’s Day celebration, organisers noted, is part of efforts to create a platform where Nigerian children can learn, interact, express themselves, and dream about future careers while enjoying a memorable festive experience.
