The Lagos State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, through the State Examinations Board, has announced a rescheduling of the Y2026 Public Service Examinations initially slated for afternoon sessions between Thursday, 14th May and Saturday, 16th May 2026.
According to the Board, all affected afternoon sessions, originally scheduled to hold from 12 noon and above, have now been moved to morning sessions and reassigned to new dates.
Under the revised timetable, the examination earlier scheduled for Thursday, 14th May 2026 has been moved to Monday, 18th May 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
Similarly, the paper scheduled for Friday, 15th May 2026 has been shifted to Tuesday, 19th May 2026 at 8:00 a.m., while the examination for Saturday, 16th May 2026 will now hold on Wednesday, 20th May 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
The Board advised affected candidates within examination numbers ADM5001–6000, EXT0751–1500, CA0001–0200, and CSII, CSIII & CSIV to take note of the changes and report promptly to the designated venue at the Public Service Staff Development Centre (PSSDC), Magodo.
It expressed regret over any inconvenience caused by the adjustment and appreciated the understanding and cooperation of candidates.
