The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Public Communications, Sunday Dare, has urged Nigerians to be patient with the ongoing road construction and rehabilitation projects across the country.
Dare, who spoke on the condition of federal roads, likened the construction process to building a house, stressing that major infrastructure projects cannot be completed overnight.
According to Dare, Nigerians will have to bear with the challenges associated with ongoing road works as the government continues efforts to improve federal highways.
Dare said the government understands the difficulties motorists and commuters face on roads undergoing construction but maintained that the projects require time to complete.

The presidential aide assured Nigerians that President Bola Tinubu is aware of the condition of federal roads and is monitoring efforts to address the challenges.
He said the administration remains committed to improving road infrastructure and completing projects designed to ease transportation difficulties across the country.
