Hon. Stephen Olukayode Ogundipe, the lawmaker representing Oshodi-Isolo Constituency I in the Lagos State House of Assembly, has declared his intention to seek a second term in office.
Speaking to constituents in Oshodi-Isolo, Ogundipe based his re-election bid on his record in office, urging residents to assess his performance over the past two and a half years.
He said more than 3,000 pupils benefited from free coaching programmes, while 1,200 youths received JAMB forms, with over 100 gaining admission into tertiary institutions.
The lawmaker also said he secured jobs for constituents and provided vocational training for over 200 people to support livelihoods.
Ogundipe listed road rehabilitation, improved street lighting and grassroots medical outreach among projects delivered across the constituency’s seven political wards.
On legislative duties, he said he sponsored bills and motions on flooding, security and sanitation at the Assembly.
He also cited constituency support schemes, including food and financial assistance for women and young girls during economic hardship.
Ogundipe called on residents to support the policies of President Bola Tinubu and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu as he seeks another term in the 2027 elections.
