The Executive Chairman of Ifelodun Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Dr. Olufemi Akanbi Okeowo, has congratulated Lagos State Governor, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a visionary leader whose dedication to public service has continued to inspire millions across the state and beyond.
In a goodwill message on behalf of the government and people of Ifelodun LCDA, Okeowo praised Governor Sanwo-Olu for his commitment to the development of Lagos State through strategic investments in key sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, education, healthcare, technology, and economic growth.
According to the council chairman, the governor’s administration has remained focused on delivering impactful governance that has improved the quality of life of residents while strengthening the foundations of sustainable development across the state.
He noted that under Sanwo-Olu’s leadership, Lagos has continued to maintain its position as a leading centre of innovation, resilience, and economic progress in Nigeria.
Okeowo further commended the governor’s courage and determination in steering the affairs of the state amid evolving challenges, adding that his people-oriented policies and inclusive approach to governance have earned him widespread admiration and respect.
The chairman stated that residents of Ifelodun LCDA have also benefitted from the developmental strides recorded by the Sanwo-Olu administration.
